Soft-soled shoes (optional)
Most guests go barefoot. If you prefer shoes, soft non-marking soles only — no heels or black soles.

Meet Captain Jeff.
Captain Jeff is a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Master Captain who has safely hosted hundreds of unforgettable days on the water in Seattle.
Guests find him easy to be around — quick with a story about the waterfront mansions, the bald eagles overhead, or the best cove for an afternoon swim, and just as happy to step back and let the group enjoy the view. He's responsive before, during, and after the charter, looking for the small ways to make guests feel genuinely taken care of.
A few kind words.
Jeff replied to every text within minutes leading up to our day and then somehow knew exactly when to share a story and when to let us just sit with the view. Felt less like a charter and more like a friend taking us out.
My parents flew in from India and Jeff made them feel like royalty. He pointed out a bald eagle, the houses of a few people we'd actually heard of, and the prettiest cove on the lake — my dad hasn't stopped talking about it.
I had a very specific vision and Jeff was unbelievably responsive in the weeks leading up. He anchored us in the exact spot I asked for, disappeared for ten minutes, then came back with champagne already poured. She said yes. He cheered.
We had three kids under ten, two grandparents, and one birthday girl. Jeff handled all of it like a pro — patient, easy to talk to, and always thinking a step ahead about what would make us more comfortable.

Pick-ups are in South Lake Union, just minutes from downtown Seattle. Pick-ups in Kirkland or Bellevue are also possible at an additional cost — just mention it when you text.
Comfortable for up to six guests — perfect for intimate gatherings. Kids are welcome — just mention them when you text.
Seattle weather is part of the charm — light rain is rarely a problem and the boat has a covered helm. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, Jeff will reach out to reschedule. You will never be charged for a weather cancellation.
Absolutely — most guests do. Bring takeout, a charcuterie board, your favorite bottle. We provide cups, ice, and a cooler.
Yes — Lake Washington has beautiful, calm coves that are perfect for an afternoon swim. We carry water rafts and floaties on board.
